This special long sleeve t-shirt design, inspired by a wonderful friend's journey of rediscovering faith during the pandemic, aims to spread hope and positivity.   Bay Breeze Ink will donate 50% of profits of this design to a wonderful local Maryland charity “Tides of Grace,” whom does so much to spread hope to others.

This John 6:68 boho style shirt is a clean, modern and minimalistic look. The arrow on one of the sun rays is a reminder that the things that happen here on Earth may be hard, but are temporary. “All things here on this Earth have a start and a finish. But the things of God are eternal, like a ray of sunshine that goes on forever and ever. So when hard things come... know it’s momentary and [as] that gives … [us] hope.”

*** DESIGNS INSPIRATION  ***

My dear friend shared her story of grappling with postpartum struggles and the darkness she dealt with during the unprecedented global pandemic to the point she even questioned her faith. At a pivotal moment, God put John 6:68 on her heart on repeat.

In John chapter 6, Jesus was saying some hard things and many of his followers began to walk away one by one. After many had left, Jesus turned to Peter and asked if he was going to leave also. Peter replied, “Lord, to whom will we go? You have the words of eternal life.” In that moment, this dear friend was at her lowest point in her life and couldn’t take another step, but yet He was right there. He picked her up as if to say, “I know you’re not okay right now. But if you can just take one step, I’ll take it with you.” This verse reminds us that Jesus is faithful and true. In my dear friends words, “When nothing else is satisfying and the world lets you down, which we all know it does time and time again…Jesus has the words of life.”  This designs reminds us of the hope we have in God and that the difficult things on Earth are temporary, but His love is forever.
